Ensure your Navman has the most up to date software and map installed on the device. You can do this by loading the Navdesk Software on your computer (contained on a DVD in the box with your product). Once you download this software, connect your Navman to your computer and update the software and maps by following the prompts. To ensure your enquiry is dealt with in a timely manner, please have the following information available when you contact us:
Model: What type of Navman do you have?
Date of purchase: When did you purchase your Navman?
Detailed description of problem: What seems to be the problem you are experiencing?
Serial number: What is your Navman serial number? This can be found either on the back or bottom of the unit, underneath the barcode.
Warranty: Is your Navman covered by warranty? If your unit is covered by an extended warranty purchased in store, please contact the warranty company first to obtain a claim number before contacting our customer service team.
If our customer service team cannot solve the issue via email or over the phone they will give you instructions on how to return the unit for servicing.
